Each option has frame by frame analysis, drawing tools, and a filming capacity. The difference is that the free software does not allow for side by side comparison of two swings at once.

Filming Your Golf Swing
To analyze your swing, Bill needs a video recording of you from the Side (face-on) and Back (down-the-target- line). To collect the proper video records, your camera must be placed in the correct positions. To accomplish this, you will need the following items:
- A flat area where you can hit balls. A driving or practice range, field, or net.
- A practice balls
- A video camera and tripod
- Your clubs (You can be analyzed with any club, the 5 iron, driver, and sand wedge are the clubs that are most used)
- A laptop computer
- V1 software (download free or upgraded home software from www.vigolfacademy.com)

- Film using the fastest shutter speed possible (Sports mode)
- The camera must be mounted (tripod)
- Turn on computer and camera and connect them
- Place camera facing the golfer, hip height
- Insure that the camera is framed so that Bill can always see the clubhead while you swing
- Insure that the camera is focused properly
- Insure camera is level to the ground

- Place camera precisely between the hands and target line at hip height
